Return Policy

At Samawat, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product is carefully checked before delivery. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Instant Return During Delivery:
   When receiving your order, please check the product in front of the delivery person.
   • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you can return it immediately.
   • We will send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
   • Note: Once the delivery person leaves, we cannot accept any complaints for that delivery.
2. Exchange After Delivery:
   If you notice any issue after receiving your parcel, you can exchange the product within 3 days from our outlet.
   • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
   • Please bring your invoice or order confirmation when visiting our outlet for exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
   • Products damaged due to customer mishandling, washing, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.
   • Clearance or sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
